Hull City have been drawn away at Tottenham Hotspur in the fourth round of the League Cup.
The tie, to be played week commencing 28 October is likely to be played on Wednesday 30 October with the two sides already scheduled to meet in the league on Sunday 27 October.
Tottenham progressed into the fourth round following a 4-0 win over Aston Villa whilst City progressed following a 1-0 win against Huddersfield Town at the KC.
Although Bruce is expected to make wholesale changes despite the strength of the opposition, City may take some solace from recent results at White Hart Lane which has seen City unbeaten in the past two outings in North London.

This looks like the end of our cup run them; just hope we don’t get too heavy a defeat.
Shame Jake won’t be able to play though I am sure Thudd is loving it!
I shouldn’t bother risking any of the first team , Brucie.
I think we should SBT. You never know; Tottenham could have an off night and we may just sneak through with a half decent side out. If the side which played against Huddersfield is fielded, I doubt we have any chance.
