City will listen to offers for Stewart & Mclean

Hull City manager will Cameron Stewart and Aaron Mclean to leave the club this summer should a buyer be found for either.

As Bruce looks to streamline his playing squad ahead of a Premier League recruitment drive, Stewart and Mclean are the two highest profile casualties of City`s promotion, having rarely featured in the 2012/13 season.

Cameron Stewart has failed to impress since being linked with a move to Leicester City in January 2012 with City at the time rejecting three approaches and offers in the region of £1 million, being unwilling to sell to a Championship rival. Since then, Stewart has failed to recapture his initial form with City and has had unsuccessful loan spells with Burnley and Blackburn Rovers, starting just six games all season.

Aaron Mclean meanwhile made just 14 league appearances last season, scoring once while he has scored only nine goals in 76 league appearances since signing for £1.3 million from Peterborough United in January 2011. With Mclean and Stewart both entering the final year of the contracts, City are destined to take a significant hit on the two players, purchased for a combined value of £1.6 million.

Bruce is also rumoured to be willing to sell Tom Cairney and Eldin Jakupovic should there be interest in the services of either player.
