Striker Nouha Dicko has said he’s aiming for Hull City to double up on their victories over Nottingham Forest this weekend.

Dicko hit the back of the net a fortnight ago as we faced them in the FA Cup and took victory and with this weekend’s trip to the City Ground, he’s aiming for more goals and all three points at this time of asking.

Speaking to the Official Site as he met with the media as build up to the game continues, Dicko explained.

‘It doesn`t really matter to me who the opponents are because every time you score it gives you good confidence for the games to come. Obviously it was good to score against Nottingham Forest in the cup and I`ll be looking to score against them again in the Championship this Saturday.’

Dicko went on to say.

‘It`s a massive game and we`re in a battle at the moment. I`m looking forward to playing and trying to score. My time here started quite slowly and I know that if I want to help the team, I have to be more consistent in terms of scoring goals. I feel like a threat to the opposition when I play, but strikers are judged on the amount of times they find the back of the net. That is something that I need to improve because the team needs it.’

With Dicko being paired with Fraizer Campbell for the last two games, he went on to say that ultimately it doesn’t matter who is selected, the aim remains the same – try and hit the back of that net.

‘Fraizer is a good footballer with a lot of good experience and it`s good to be playing with him. Whoever is playing up front is just keen to help the team. Whether it`s me, whether it`s Fraizer, Diomande, Keane or whoever, we`re all just looking to help the team and find the goals that we need.’
