Following a charge for violent conduct in the League Cup victory over Bristol City in midweek, Adama Diomande will now serve a three game suspension.

The 26 year old appeared to strike midfielder Marlon Pack in the dying moments of the match at Ashton Gate and although the match officials missed the incident, it was caught by the cameras.

Having reviewed footage, the Football League confirmed on Friday that it had been violent conduct and Hull City chose to not appeal the charge, therefore Diomande will now miss the game against Watford, and then the Southampton and Sunderland clashes before coming back into contention for selection.
