It’s being reported that former Sunderland midfielder Seb Larsson is set to join Hull City.

Sky Sports are one of many today to report that their ‘sources’ have indicated that the Swede is in talks with Hull over a transfer following his release by Sunderland last season.

The 32 year old international has a wealth of experience, having started his career with Arsenal before going on to make more than 150 appearances for both Birmingham City and Sunderland.

Sky say he’s prepared to turn down a number of offers abroad to continue in England and there is a small expectation that a deal will be done ahead of the game against Burton Albion this weekend.
