Eldin Jakupovic is back on the Leicester radar, assuming he was ever off it?

Leicester have previously been linked with the Hull goalkeeper but a deal that was reportedly close wasn’t ever completed and he remained at the KCOM Stadium.

However, that could change if Leicester are able to offer a Premier League return for Jakupovic, which is what the Sun is claiming they will after the Foxes sold keeper Ron-Robert Zieler to Stuttgart.

Craig Shakespeare is looking for ‘ready and reliable cover’ for number one Kasper Schmeichel but Hull boss Leonid Slutsky would be looking to keep the shot-stopper at the KCOM.

Meanwhile, another potential departure this summer could be Tom Huddlestone.

Huddlestone, already linked with Newcastle, West Brom and Birmingham, could actually return to the club where he began his career as Derby are the latest club preparing to activate a £2m release clause.

The Daily Mail reports Derby are hopeful Huddlestone, 30, will chose to return to the club where he made 88 appearances before transferring to Tottenham in 2005, joining Hull in 2013, ahead of anyone else.

A return to the Premier League is preferred but the England international would reportedly remain in the Championship, at a club other than Hull, if he could ‘agree terms’ with Derby.
