Fixture chaos has ensued for Hull City fans due to Sky TV scheduling and heavy-handed decisions from West Yorkshire Police.

City`s fixture at Huddersfield Town, already moved to a 12:30 kick-off on 30 March 2013 due to “potential crowd trouble” has now been moved back to 17:20 at the request of Sky TV for live coverage. However, that has caused West Yorkshire Police to impose strict restrictions on travelling City supporters, being;

– The sale of only 1,500 tickets – up from an original 1,000 which would have been to season ticket holders only.

– The travel of all supporters must be via official coaches and not independent travel.

The decision has understandably caused a stir across message boards of a City persuasion, with many supporters now being forced to miss the match while there is sure to be further remonstrations from the club and supporters as both will seek to lift the imposed restrictions.

The re-scheduling has also affected Watford`s visit to the KC Stadium, with that fixture being moved back 24 hours to Tuesday April 2nd, now with a 7.45pm kick-off.
