Leonid Slutsky looking to make the most of his relationship with Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is expected to see a Blues player or two pitch up at the KCOM Stadium this season.

If wasn’t seen as a dead certainty but the new Hull boss was certainly hopeful of tapping into that friendship.

Chelsea academy graduate Ola Aina could become the first loan arrival at Hull, reports allnigeriasoccer.com.

London-born Aina, 20, has previously represent England at age groups up to and including U19 level, when he captained the national side, but he’s recently switched allegiance to Nigeria so the right back will be in search of regular first team football with the World Cup finals in Russia taking place next summer.

Aina was involved in Chelsea’s first team last season making six appearances but these chance are expected to be limited again under Antonio Conte so the ‘Chelsea wonderkid’ could join City on a season-long loan deal.
