Hull are not only bringing in players for the here and now they’re also looking at players for the future, but it’s said that they might have competition for one previously expected to sign?

The clubs were thought to be ‘closing in’ on Bristol Rovers winger Alefe Santos after he decided against signing a new contract with the non-league side in favour of a move to the top level with Hull.

His agents have confirmed that he is ‘considering his options’ but wouldn’t confirm or deny who he was talking to with sky sports today ‘understanding’ that Scottish outfit Celtic and championship side Derby County are looking to ‘hijack’ the move for the 19-year-old?

One that does seem certain to come to the KC Stadium though to be part of Stephen Clemence’s development squad is Hereford United’s 17-year-old Jarrod Bowen.

He, as many of the kids do these days, took to Twitter to announce that he had signed a three-year contract with Hull, which hasn’t yet been officially been made public mind….

Another more senior player, Michael Dawson, is very much being linked with Hull though with it being claimed that Steve Bruce has got his man and a switch from Tottenham Hotspur should be sealed anytime now?

This site is looking for a new editor but would also like your blogs, so if a fan can offer us a genuine opinion from someone that supports Hull City we would love to share it with the masses!
