The Hull City reserves continued their unbeaten run, now stretching to an impressive eight games after a 2-2 draw with Darlington on Monday night.
City fielded a young side, with the likes of Nathan Hotte, James McGarry, Michael Byron, Matthew Plummmer, Brewster Frizzell and Tom Briggs – And the young side did well to twice come from behind in the game.
Darlington took the lead, but the impressive McGarry scored three minutes before the interval. Darlington again took the lead, but this time it was cancelled out by Will Atkinson’s volley with quarter of an hour remaining.
