The 35 year old defender was set to join The Tigers on a loan move this week, however, injuries at Loftus Road mean Santos must now remain with QPR until the end of the season.
Santos has not made a start for Rangers since the end of January, and looks to have fallen out of favour at the championship outfit. However, an injury to Matthew Rose means that the centre back?s services may be required as a back up over the next few games.
Though Taylor may still have other options, the transfer deadline is Thursday, leaving the manager little time to look elsewhere
