Stewart completes Leeds transfer

Hull City winger Cameron Stewart has completed a move to Yorkshire rivals Leeds United.

Stewart joins the Elland Road club on an initial six month loan but has agreed a three year contract with Leeds.

Stewart made 55 appearances for City after joining from Manchester United but scored just twice in a three year spell often disrupted by serious injury. Just over eighteen months ago, City rejected offers in excess of £1 million for the winger from Leicester City but following the arrival of Steve Bruce, Stewart found first-team opportunities difficult.

Stewart most recently spent time on loan at Charlton Athletic where he impressed for the Championship outfit.
