Ahead of the last gasp Manchester United defeat at the weekend agreed deals with Tottenham for Ryan Mason and Cardiff’s David Marshall were being reported but as of yet neither deal has been officially confirmed.

Mason was first linked with a move to Hull earlier in the summer, and prior to Steve Bruce walking away from the KCOM Stadium but this deal wasn’t done and looked to be dead but Sky Sports has reported over the weekend that a deal has been agreed with Spurs.

A ‘long-term contract’ is apparently being sign for the England international with Cardiff confirming a bid had been accepted from Hull for Marshall with him given permission to speak to City, which is why he sat out the Championship sides match at the weekend.

The Scottish international is said to be closing in on a move to the KCOM after a £5m offer was accepted with Sky Sports reporting today he was one of two players having a medical today?
