What will happen in this one though? Cast your vote so we know if you think it’ll be all smiles or disappointment come the full time whistle.

Ipswich, surprising opening day winners against Birmingham, who welcome a potential dark horse for promotion Bristol City this time round, look to add another victory to their account at Barnsley.

Expected to have a much better season this time round, a first full campaign under Mark Warburton, Nottingham Forest bid to make it two out of two at former club Brentford, themselves beaten Sheffield United to start.

Aston Villa had to be content with a point against Hull at Villa Park last Saturday, this weekend Villa travel to Cardiff, opening day winners.

It would be argued the biggest fixture of the weekend will come at the iPro Stadium when Derby play host to Wolves, both clubs expected to be in the promotion mix this season.

Millwall and Bolton, both beaten upon their Championship returns, meet in at the Den as they bid to get up and running whilst beaten play-off sides from the last campaign, Reading, losing in the final on penalties, host Fulham.

The weekend will be rounded off by a game on Sunday when Norwich and Sunderland, recently a Premier League fixture, meet at Carrow Road as both aim to collect a first three points after starting with draws.
