When you look at the run in that Hull have you most definitely would be forgiven for giving out a huge gulp and worrying about our chances of Premier League survival! We’ll look to further enhance them tonight with the rearranged game against Liverpool at the KC Stadium.

Victory at Crystal Palace on Saturday gave us a major boost and we’ll be looking to build on this with our game in hand to move four-points clear of the bottom three, albeit it with Sunderland left with a game in hand themselves.

N’Doye – Now We Can Kick On

Hull Team News:

All being well, fresh from that boost of a win on Saturday, we’ll get a double injury boost with Mo Diame and Andy Robertson poised to return after missing that two-nil win at Crystal Palace.

David Meyler (suspension) continues to sit out his ban though with Steve Harper almost certain to continue in goal as Allan McGregor plays second fiddle again after the veteran ‘keeper was recently recalled.

Player to watch: Dame N’Doye

Liverpool Team News:

Daniel Sturridge (hip) looks a certainty to miss this game and isn’t likely to play again this season in fact with Mamadou Sakho (thigh) and Lucas Leiva (thigh) also out due to injury but close to a return.

Adam Lallana (groin) could start after returning from the bench on Saturday.

Player to watch: Philippe Coutinho

Match Facts & Stats

If we could swap that one and only win from the 2013/14 season that we’ve managed against Liverpool, from the 19-matches played, I’m sure we would! What a time to replicate that three-one win from the KC Stadium tonight would be….

Liverpool don’t concede many, so if they keep it tight again we’ll find it tough but just four-points from the last four-matches, coupled with our win on Saturday, should give us hope.

Match Prediction:

Worryingly we’ve only won four of our last 17 Premier League games at the KC Stadium, will tonight be the night when we win another? We’ll certainly be hoping we do as we know we need to get something!

Next Fixture:

Next up, after this game, are Arsenal on Monday for a Sky Sports games that’s also at the KC Stadium.
