Hull City had an eventful transfer deadline day, bringing in one as two left the KC Stadium.
After Leicester secured the £4 million transfer of Jermaine Beckford, City`s Championship rivals allowed Martyn Waghorn to move to the KC on loan until January.
A former transfer target of City, Waghorn will reunite with Nigel Pearson having both been at Leicester after the striker signed from Sunderland for £3 million a year ago.
Following Waghorn`s arrival, City allowed Jay Simpson to move to Millwall on loan till January. The former Arsenal striker has fallen out of favour at the KC and returns to a side where he spent time at in 2007/08.
Elsewhere, City allowed winger Jamie Devitt to join League 2 side Bradford City on loan till January. Devitt is joined at Valley Parade by former keeper Matt Duke, who signed a two year contract on transfer deadline day.
