Hull City will play the winners of Alfreton Town or Leyton Orient in the FA Cup 3rd Round.

The draw, which took place this afternoon, will see City play either the Blue Square Bet Premier Division or League 1 Orient, who kick-off their second round tie at 3.15pm today.

The Tigers have not faced Leyton Orient since 2004 owing to their rapid rise from the bottom division to the top while City have never faced Alfreton Town competitively – the closest link between the two sides bring Ryan France who played for Alfreton before joining The Tigers and being one of four players to represent City in all four divisions.

City youngster Danny Emmerton is on loan at the Conference side from City and will look to assist his new team in earning a big day out in Hull in January.

The fixture will take place the weekend of 5 / 6 January.
