City manager Phil Parkinson turns thirty-nine today, but the City manager is more interested in getting three points tomorrow than celebrating.
The City manager goes into tomorrow’s game knowing that a defeat may signal the end of his troubled spell with the Tigers. With the club facing the possibility of being seven points adrift from safety by 5 p.m tomorrow evening, there may be no turning back.
Unfortunately, Parkinson will be facing one of the form teams when Southampton visit the KC tomorrow on the back of an impressive 4-3 victory over Birmingham.
In their last meeting, City managed to return with a well deserved draw, but although a draw would be a god result tomorrow, it won’t be seen that way. We need a win and nothing less.
Happy Birthday Phil but please get us the three points tomorrow!
