Yesterday, Hull City confirmed that Leonid Slutsky’s pre season plans ahead of the coming campaign would include a friendly against French side FC Nantes.
We will host the Ligue 1 side at the Hull Kingston Rovers’ KCOM Craven Park Stadium on Tuesday July 25 and the match will carry a 7.30pm kick off time.
Nantes have won the French title eight times but finished seventh in Ligue 1 last season and former Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has recently taken the job on as their gaffer.
The change of stadium for the game is to enable the KCOM’s playing surface additional time to recover and bed in following the recent pitch renovations so we can ensure it is ready for Burton Albion on Saturday August 12.
