Fans of Hull City are delighted with the recent signing of the former England and Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour.
Parlour made his debut during the 2-2 draw against Derby County as a second half substitute and immediately his impact upon the game was noticeable as he provided the link between midfield and attack that we have craved so long for.
Parlour has signed a contract with the Tigers until the end of the season on a pay as you play deal. The midfielder is also spending the beginning of each week training in London with his former club Arsenal before joining up with the Tigers camp later in the week.
In our latest poll, we asked you what you thought on the announcement of his arrival at the KC.
An overwhelming eighty-six percent of you said his arrival was ‘fantastic.’ His arrival has lifted the fans that might have been losing faith following two disappointing home defeats.
The away draw at Championship leaders Derby will have done much to restore the confidence but next week’s game against Barnsley could be the defining moment of the season.
Other votes in the poll were as follows:
It’s okay 2%
Doesn’t inspire me 7%
Not at all 5%
In our next poll, we ask whether we can beat Barnsley in our next Championship fixture.

Well done to Phil and Adam on this one.
The man is a legend. I hope he does well for you. Give him your backing and he’ll give you 110% no doubt.
Matt, its isn’t a loan deal. Parlour wasn’t registered with any club, so who could City have loaned him from? Its just a 3 or 4 month contract till the end of the season.
A good move considering where we have to go for the remainder of the season……very astute signing…
