Loan Target On Way In

Just days after we revealed that Peter Taylor wasn’t planning on bringing in any players before the Tigers vital clash versus Crewe on Saturday, Taylor has admitted he is looking to bring a player in.

Although the identity of the player has not been released, he has played Championship football this season and will bring experience to the team at this vital stage of the season.

Yesterday, Taylor was linked with Blackburn Rovers defender Dominic Matteo but Taylor has ruled out making a move for the centre-back, denying there was any interest in the player to start with.

Taylor is waiting to see whether or not this player can be brought in before the weekend as the Tigers seek cover for centre backs Leon Cort and Damien Delaney.
