Hull City have reputedly turned down a 1.5 Million pound bid for Boaz Myhill according to an internet news board.

Wigan have been told that a bid of at least 2 Million is required before City start talking to anyone.

Myhill has repeatedly been linked with a move to the Premiership with either Wigan or Charlton, but with Alan Curbishley leaving the Valley it would appear that Wigan are in pole postion should City want to sell.

With Tigers manager Peter Taylor looking to strengthen the squad, a transfer kitty bolstered by 2 Million pounds would certainly be a good weapon with which to go to war with.

As you say, £2 million would be great to add to the money we already have with which to sign players but I wouldn’t want to see Boaz leave either. Tough decision to be made ahead!
