Elie Kroupi (Age 26) – Joined Nancy in 2004 from french side Angers and quickly established himself as a prolific striker netting 14 times in 33 appearances in his first season and chipping in with 9 goals last term despite being out injured for part of the season.
Moncef Zerka (Age 24)Morrocan striker who was part of the Morroco 2004 Olympic squad. Scored 6 times last season in 27 games and will be first choice striker this season.
Tosin Dosunmu (Age 26)Nigerian striker who cost the club 2 Million euros from Austria Vienna this summer to add some pace & power to the strike force.Has already impressed in the pre season games.
A.S Nancy kick off their league season on August 5th when Monaco are the visitors
to the Stade Marcel Picot.
This will be their sixth pre season game this summer having already played against french non league sides Eloyes (W 5-0), Vandoeuvre (W 8-0) French league two side Guegnon (W 2-1), Turkish side Besiktas (W 1-0) & German League two side Saarbruck (D 0-0). After the K.C game on Saturday, they end their pre season build up with a tip to St Andrews on Sunday to play Birmingham.
They will also be in the first round draw for the UEFA cup this season after qualifying by winning the French League cup last season.
