Brown eyeing up Lucketti

Tigers boss Brown is close to signing a three year deal to keep him at the K.C Stadium and it is believed that he wants to make the Sheffield Utd defender his first summer buy.

The 35 yr old Centre back could provide some much needed experience to a Tigers defence, which has looked rather ragged this season. Lucketti has made eight premiership appearances this season after joining the Blades in a 300k move from Preston in May last year. He made his league debut back in 1990 as a Rochdale Utd trainee and has since gone on to make over 570 senior appearances in a career that has taken in Stockport, Bury, Halifax, Huddersfield, Preston & Sheffield Utd.

With The Blades looking to trim their squad following relegation to the Championship, Lucketti should be available for a knock down price.

Would be a good signing I think and adds experience to our team aswel.Dont think he play every game tho but it should make our other defenders to play better and learn from him.
