City to take young side to Winterton

Hull City kick-off their preparations for the 2010/11 season with an annual encounter with local non-league side Winterton Rangers tonight.

Nigel Pearson is set to field a number of youngsters in tonight`s pre-season friendly, with the side also expected to contain trialists Nolberto Solano and James Harper, who both featured at the club`s open day on Saturday.

French centre-back Remi Fournier will also play a part tonight, with Pearson set to make a decision on whether to sign the defender based upon tonight`s performance.

Having been released by AC Ajaccio, Fournier is a free agent and would add depth to City`s defence.
