Hull City chiefs are decidely unhappy with the fans having a go at the players and have come up with a one off experiment for team selection.

On April 15th the Tigers are at home to Burnley and they would like the fans to pick the team for the day.

All season ticket holders are going to be sent a form in the next few days with which they are to pick their prefered starting XI in a 4-4-2 formation.

The players who get the most votes in that particular position will start the game against Burnley.

A city insider said that Adam Pearson & Peter Taylor would like the fans to have more of an input into the team and feel that this one off experiment will go a long way to knocking the doubters who feel that the Tigers management are not up to the task of keeping us in the championship.

Non season ticket holders can also get a selection form by writing to the K.C stadium.

Closing date for the vote is Friday April 14th.
