A Hull City XI will be sent to face Winterton Rangers as part of the club`s pre-season preparations.
Rather surprisingly for a fixture that has become a traditional component of the pre-season schedule, City will face Winterton on Monday 15 July, the same day that a full strength squad will face North Ferring United at Church Road.
Such a decision will likely reduce the attendance of the fixture at Winterton, which is a shame for those who enjoy the annual visit to both grounds.
It is thought that the fixture has been scheduled for the same date due to City`s commitments in Portugal, with the squad flying out on Tuesday 16 July for a week.
