Hull City will travel to Crewe Alexandra in the first round of the League Cup that was drawn at 10 a.m this morning.
The match will take place on Tuesday 14th August at Alexandra Park. The last time the Tigers visited Crewe, the club came away with a 2-2 draw thanks to goals from Craig Fagan and Billy Paynter.
Hull City’s rivals Scunthorpe United have been handed a home tie against Hartlepool United whilst recently relegated Leeds United must adjust to life in the lower leagues when they travel to Macclesfield.

I think it is a tricky tie that we can esaily lose given our usual performances in cup competitions.
