John Parkin?

In a radio exclusive just announced, it seems Hull City have almost completed the signing of their second striker this week.

It is reported that Macclesfield striker John Parkin is set to sign for the club, in a deal thought to be around the £100,000 mark.

Parkin is currently playing in League 2 but Taylor must be confident of his ability. He has scored 30 goals in 64 starts for the club – but the Championship is a different level.

I wonder how this will affect the team?

One possibility is that Fagan could be oved to the right wing, with Duffy and Parkin in the middle up-front. If that wasn’t the case, then he may find himself on the bench and be used as a target man to knock the ball long to if we are chasing the game.
