Adam Pearson, who has often been linked with a move for Leeds United has now made an opening offer for League 1 side Huddersfield Town.

The former Hull chairman, who sold the club to Paul Duffen in a ten million pound deal this summer made close to five million pounds profit from the deal following six eventful years in charge of the Tigers which included two promotion seasons.

Pearson is believed to have made an unknown offer for Huddersfield Town and for the lease to play at the Galpharm stadium, the ground that they share with their rugby league counterparts.

Pearson is believed to have made bids in the past for Leeds United and Bradford City but it appears that he has now set his sights on Hull’s Yorkshire rivals Huddersfield Town.

More news will follow as developments progress.

Knowing how fired up he was after the Parkin goal i’m sure he’ll be keen to do the double over Leeds. Good luck Adam in whatever you do.
