Peterborough & North Ferriby fixtures announced

Following the announcement this morning of a pre-season friendly at Birmingham City, two further fixtures have been scheduled.

These include the annual opening pre-season fixture at North Ferriby United for the Billy Bly Trophy (to be played Monday 15 July, 7.45pm) and also a fixture against recently relegated Peterborough United (to be played Monday 29 July, 7.45pm) at London Road.

The choice of Peterborough United as a pre-season opponent is likely to stem from the permanent transfer of George Boyd from The Posh to City, having spent the last months of the 2012/13 season on loan at the KC.
