Season Ticket Sales Update

Last night at Hull City’s Fans Forum, we found out the current state of season ticket sales for Hull City next season.

The current figure stands at 9,226 along with 1,000 Premier Club tickets.

These early figures suggest that sales are going very well and many fans have taken advantage of the discounted prices if you renewed your season pass before the deadline.

Chairman Adam Pearson also predicted that the club would sell another 2,000 season tickets taking the figure for season ticket holders next season near to twelve thousand.

Last night also revealed that next season, the deadline date for when season tickets can be renewed at a cheaper price will be extended by four weeks.

After listening to phone-ins on Radio Humberside this season, it seemed some fans weren’t happy with the amount of time Hull City AFC had given fans to renew their passes at the cheaper rate, therefore this news will make pleasant reading.

Pearson also stated that the use of direct debit is good for the fans as well as the football club.

If City can push towards season ticket sales of 12,000 we will be set up well for bumper crowds next season.

Obviously fans haven’t been put off by a low league finish this term and have renewed season tickets early in hope of a more successful season next year.
